Services
DirtToBright provides laundry, garment-care, home-cleaning, and related support services. Specific services, turnaround times, and availability may vary by branch, location, season, and operational capacity.
We reserve the right to decline items or bookings that are unsafe, improperly packaged, prohibited, heavily hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for normal processing.
Orders and Scheduling
- Orders may be placed online, by phone, in person, or through other approved booking channels.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details, addresses, and access instructions.
- We make reasonable efforts to meet stated pickup and delivery windows, but exact timing may be affected by traffic, weather, demand, or operational constraints.
- If a schedule changes materially, we will communicate the update as soon as reasonably possible.
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on the service selected, garment type, quantity, weight, area, or other pricing inputs presented at the time of order or quote.
- Prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change without prior notice unless already confirmed for an active order.
- Payment is due at the point specified for the service, including online checkout, delivery, or in-store collection where applicable.
- DirtToBright may accept cash, cards, transfers, or any other supported payment method made available at checkout.
Garment Care and Liability
We handle garments and household items with reasonable professional care, but results can depend on fabric quality, age, pre-existing damage, manufacturer limitations, or undisclosed care instructions.
- Clients should empty pockets and remove valuables before handing over items.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden foreign objects, weak seams, ordinary wear, color instability, or inaccurate care labeling.
- Items with known defects or special treatment requirements should be disclosed before processing.
Complaints and Remedies
If there is a concern about service quality, missing items, or handling, please contact DirtToBright promptly after delivery or collection so we can investigate while the order details are still fresh.
Where a complaint is verified, we may choose an appropriate remedy, which could include re-cleaning, service credit, partial refund, or another commercially reasonable resolution.
Termination and Refusal of Service
Clients may stop using our services at any time. DirtToBright may suspend or refuse service where there is abusive conduct, repeated non-payment, unsafe items, misuse of the platform, or other behavior that prevents normal service delivery.
Privacy and Data Handling
Personal information supplied during ordering, delivery, support, or payment is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By using DirtToBright, you acknowledge that we may retain and process relevant information for service, support, compliance, and record-keeping purposes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or connected with our services will be handled under the applicable laws and courts of Ghana, unless another process is required by law.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service to reflect legal, operational, or platform changes. The latest version will always be published on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
